| From ship builders to tailors, rabbis and teachers to doctors, politicians and activists, the Montreal Jewish community's past, present, and future
is as strong as the people who built and continue to honour it. The Jewish Public Library Archives has in its Photograph Collection hundreds of images of
past Campaigns, special events and agencies affiliated with Federation CJA. Many contain images of well-known community leaders and personalities. There
are, however, numerous unidentified photographs that captured on film the work of hundreds of dedicated community participants and volunteers. Below is a slideshow of some of these images awaiting identification.
