The stories we tell...
Human Library
The Jewish Public Library, the Museum of Jewish Montreal and the Jewish Learning Lab in partnership with the Montreal Holocaust Museum present
“I’m an Open Book: The Human Library of Jewish Montreal”

Sunday, September 10, 1-4 p.mm
Each booking is for 20 minutes.

In honour of Montreal 375 and as part of our city's anniversary celebration, come borrow a “human book” and hear stories of Montreal's diverse Jewish community, its present and its history.

“Check out” a person as you would a book and talk one-on-one with our collection. Our books are volunteers who have been selected to share their unique story with you. This Human Library provides the opportunity for anyone, Jewish or not, to gain an understanding of another’s world and to help build bridges across the many paths that connect us all.

This event was made possible with the generous support of the city of Montreal's “Montreal 375” initiatives.
